Blatteis & Schnur has announced the execution of a rooftop restaurant lease with the celebrated Chotto Matte. Originally launched in London, founder Kurt Zdesar is excited to bring his high-end Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei dining experience to San Francisco.
The dramatic rooftop experience features panoramic views and a wrap-around deck, offering guests unparalleled views of Union Square, the Bay Bridge, and Twin Peaks. Chotto Matte will be notable as one of the few open-air rooftop dining experiences in San Francisco. The expansive rooftop includes 12,608 square feet of indoor dining space and 3,916 square feet of outdoor patio seating.
